Main Crap

I've been very interested in the Dragonflight of World of Warcraft. the Dragonflight are individual races of dragons, drakes and wyrms. There are five races, each with its own association with the lore of Azeroth.
The Dragonflights are:

The Blue Dragonflight
Led by Malygos, lord of Magic and Aspect of the Blue Dragonflight
The Blue dragonflight is a small but proud subrace of the Dragonflight. Their numbers are few, after the massive genocide Deathwing of the Black Dragonflight wrought upon the species.
The Blue dragonflight are the undisputed masters of all things Magic - their leader, Malygos, wields powers that rival those of a demigod.


The Black Dragonflight
Previously led by Deathwing the Destroyer and Aspect of the Black Dragonflight
The Black dragonflight, once defenders of Azeroth and its inhabitants, are now a hostile, greedy, selfish subrace, with thoughts only for themselves. Their leader, Deathwing (formerly Neltharion the Earth-Warder) hides away in a secret cavern called Grim Batol in an effort to continue research on his newest creations - the Twilight drakes.
The Black flight were once tied to the earth, caring for stone and mountain and using their formidable abilities to shape the land to their will.


The Bronze Dragonflight
Led by Nozdormu, the Timeless One and the Aspect of the Bronze Dragonflight
The stoic bronze dragonflight, ruled by Nozdormu the Lord of Time, were charged long ago as the wardens of Azeroth's timelines. Bronze dragons police the timeways, protecting them from interlopers, restoring them to their proper place, and maintaining the balance of time.


The Green Dragonflight
Led by Ysera, the Dreaming Goddess and the Aspect of the Green Dragonflight
The enchanted, ethereal green dragons live only to serve the forces of nature and uphold the balance between mortal creatures and the ever-evolving world. The green dragonflight, ruled by the dreaming goddess, Ysera, holds a special love for the night elves and their druids. Though most green dragons live within the mystical dimension known as the Emerald Dream, a few of the graceful creatures still roam the shadowy paths of Ashenvale forest.


The Red Dragonflight
Led by Alexstrasza, Goddess of Life on Azeroth and Aspect of the Red Dragonflight
The red dragonflight, ruled by the Dragonqueen, Alexstrasza, is a noble and honorable group of creatures. They consider themselves the protectors of all life, and in many ways they are. More often than not, they are found protecting sacred areas and items, seeking to keep them from lesser beings who might be hurt by their energies.



Interesting, ain't it? I'm very interested in both the Bronze and the Green dragonflights, the Bronze for their place in the domain of Time, and the Green flight for their place in the Emerald Dream, another area of Waarcraft lore that has greatly inspired me.

I really am a dork, but oh well. I'm gonna be drawing the Aspects, along with Eranikus, Tyrant of the Dream, Onyxia, Azuregos, and any other wyrms with a place in Warcraft history.
